Lillian Olive Goggan

Lillian was born in San Antonio on June 15, 1909 and died on November 27, 2011. She was the daughter of George Beauregard and Lillie Tillett Goggan.

During the period 1942-1976 she lived and worked in Oklahoma City. After retiring from the IRS, she returned to San Antonio. Lillian graduated from Brackenridge High School in 1928 and in the 1940s attended Oklahoma City University. During the 1970s, 80s, and 90s she served as treasurer of BHS Alumni ’28-’29 group.

She was Past Queen, Daughters of Nile, Adoram Temple 95, Oklahoma City, and was Honorary Past Queen of Nekodah Temple 44, San Antonio. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church; San Antonio Musical Club; Adah Chapter O.E.S. 49, San Antonio; NARFE Chapter 1320 and active in tax counseling for Elderly with AARP.

Lillian’s husband Francis Joseph Keller died in 1969.

She was cherished and adored by her son Brig. Gen. Kenneth Francis Keller, USAF (Ret.) and wife Dr. Carol Ann Stevens Keller and daughter Dr. Barbara Goggan Keller Hammack and husband Dr. Walter Carl Hammack, Jr. Grandmother (Jana Lil) to Kenneth Andrew Keller and wife Jamie Dee Keller and Derek Francis Keller. Great-Grandmother to Emma Grace Keller (9), Ellie Faith Keller (6), and Hope Anne Keller (3).

Visitation will be begin at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 2nd at Porter Loring on McCullough.
