Biography

Ethel Novak Adkins, age 84, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born September 14, 1927, in Cleveland, Ohio to George and Margaret Novak.

She loved her family and all of her friends at Northeast Baptist Hospital, where she worked for 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Mike “Bud” Adkins.

She is survived by her daughter, Lori McNealy and husband Frederick of San Antonio; grandsons, Richard McNealy and Patrick McNealy of San Antonio; brother, George P. Novak of Ohio She is also survived by her nephew, Timothy Novak of Ohio and nieces, Janet Novak of New Mexico and Nancy Kirchner of Ohio.
