Milissa is my dearest friend, just start with her name spelled with an "i", this is exactly Mi=unique, funny, full of joy. My favorite memories- sleeping in Mel's front yard in Cabo, sleeping in the one person tintaccidently packed by Mil in Sante Fe, and our many years of sharing our home together. Milissa loved everyone and I adored her. I could write a book on the laughs we had. Simply put she molded me to be a little more carefree and I will always love her for this gift.

I had just met Milissa a few weeks ago. her eyes were bright and she was happy to take a ride up on the mountain outside of Santa Fe and sit by a stream. She seemed so peaceful there and said she would drive herself up from time to time. We found a walking stick to help her along the path. We both felt she would recover but it was not to be. I am grateful to have had the chance to know her... the beautiful child of God that she is.
