My Dear beloved Sister Sylvia, Thank you for all the love you gave me throughout my life, thank you for the wisdom you've shared, thank you for the nurturing you gave, thank you for being my "broken wing healer". You were always there with your loving arms ready to "LOVE" me or anyone else that needed love. I pray that you are now in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ receiving all that love you gave us back. I love you dearly and will never forget you! Your sis Gloria B. Saldana

Sylvia was a great lady. I worked with her for at least 7 years at the same agency. Not in the same department, but I had the pleasure to work with her troubleshooting computer problems in other departments when needed and how to save the day. We had great laughs together and shared good moments. She will be greatly missed! My condolences to her husband & family.

I will say "See you later",not goodbye! Although my heart aches to see your smile and hold you again...my brain tells me that I will not be able to do that here on earth. Until I see you again, sweet sister of mine, be safe in my Lord's arms and know that you were truly loved here on earth!! Raymond, Marissa, & Eric you are not alone in your time of grief, we ALL loved her and will miss her terribly. Trust in our Lord and know that she is with him! We love you!

We extend our deepest sympathy Mr. Ybarbo to you and your family. Sylvia was a wonderful person. She was always there to lend a shoulder to cry on. I learned many things from working with her at the Center - not only things related to my job. She was a very caring person and we will all miss her.

My deepest condolences to you Mr. Ybarbo and your family. Sylvia was a very caring person. When you needed someone to talk to or someone to give you a hug to let you know that someone cared, Sylvia was there. I enjoyed working with her at the Center, she was an inspiration to many and will be deeply missed.

Ray and family, I read about Sylvian and we were shocked to read the news. I am down with the flu and passed it on to the wife. Please accept our condolences and know that your family will be in our prayers. Sylvia was a fine lady and will always be remembered in our prayers. Stay in touch if you need anything. David

Dear Syl, When I saw you before the holidays, I knew that time was short but I didn't want to believe it. I found out only days ago and I'm just now coming to terms with things. It's hard to think that I'll never be able to pick up the phone and talk to you again, We'll never again have lunch together, I'll never again see your smile or hear your laughter; my dear friend is gone. I am so honored to have known you. You are a truly rare and special soul. The impact you made on my life is beyond words and the light you shared with so many will live on forever in the acts of kindness and compassion they will always be inspired to do because of your example. Your Friend, Hollis "Holli" P.S. You'll always be the only one allowed to call me that.
